Needs Assessment: Our broadcast consultants have worked with many clients to develop their needs assessments. Our needs analysis outlines the technical infrastructure, workflow tools, and budget needed to start, manage and operate a TV or radio business. In this type of engagement, we typically meet with all stakeholders involved in the development of a particular project. We meet with them to discuss their goals, objectives, and budget parameters. Once we have received feedback from everyone involved in the project, we compile our assessment, which is often used to kick off the first phase of a project.
